If you encounter issues while using Defused, you can reach out directly through the in-app Contact Form.
This form allows you to submit questions, report unexpected behaviour, or request assistance.

For paid (Business) accounts, additional support channels are available.
These enhanced support options are provided according to the terms defined in your service agreement.

Upgrade Options

To upgrade your plan or purchase access to Defused TF intelligence feeds, you can use the checkout page:

Upgrades take effect immediately after purchase and your newly available feeds will appear in the console.

Subscription Management

Managing your active subscription can be done on the "Settings" page in the console.
